Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci is proud to Announce the return of the “Walking in Faith Fashion Show” to benefit Nutley’s 12th Annual Relay For Life. At 6:00 p.m. on May 11, 2018 the door will open at the Department of Parks and Recreation located at 44 Park Ave, for a larger than life fashion show including cancer survivors, family, friends, supporters, volunteers and community members. Guests will enjoy an inspiring evening including live entertainment, appetizers and dessert. The festivities will also include a Tricky Tray, t-shirt sales and luminaria sales.

This event was dreamt up by Nutley’s own Tammi Trible and is dedicated to her late husband Wayne Thomas Trible, who lost his life to a rare and deadly form of cancer after a 26 month long battle. “It’s your opportunity to not only honor cancer survivors and remember loved ones lost, but to also raise awareness about what we can do to stay well from cancer and raise money to fuel the world’s largest walk to end cancer,” added Trible.

“Momentum is building as we approach our 12th Annual Relay For Life Event. This event is one of many that help us raise awareness and build community involvement in an event that will touch the lives of so many affected by cancer” stated Commissioner Tucci.

Applications are now being accepted for models of all ages to be a part of this spectacular event. For further information please contact the Department of Parks & Recreation, Tammi Trible at 973-284-4966 or 973-830-0416.
