In honor of Women’s History Month, the West Caldwell Public Library, 30 Clinton Road, will host “Girl Talk: A Women’s Poetry Reading” from 1 to 4 pm on Saturday, March 24 in the Community Room.

Diane Lockward, local award-winning poet, will organize this literary event featuring 30 women poets from throughout New Jersey who will read some of their published poems dealing with various women’s issues. Some of the local poets who will be reading include Theresa Burns of South Orange, Jessica de Koninick of Montclair, Tina Kelley of Maplewood, Diane Lockward and Charlotte Mandel of West Caldwell, Marilyn Mohr and Seema Tepper of West Orange, and Carole Stone of Verona. Some of the poets will also be selling and autographing copies of their poetry anthologies.
