The Montclair Bread Company will host their first Baker’s Dozen Half Marathon on Saturday, March 25. This is a 13.1-mile certified course. The event is sold out which means 1,500 participants will run a route that takes them through many parts of the Township.

To ensure the safety of the runners, there will be road closures throughout Montclair between 6:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on the day of the race. Some roads on the route will have intermitant closures (when runners are present). See maps for the course route and more information about road closures and mile markers.

We ask that residents take the following measures to ensure as little disruption as possible:

- Please plan ahead to accommodate the road closures as roads will be partially or completely closed to all traffic.

- As a security measure, please make sure that no garbage cans or containers are left on the side of the road.

- Overnight street parking will not be permitted the evening before the race (March 24) in the area of the race route. Overnight parking will be allowed on side streets.
